Cheques are to be made payable to The University of the West Indies Sports Department. There will be no refund on fees after February 17, 2009 |

College Commons Accommodation Includes 3 meals & Transportation US$50/person/day Hotel Accommodation Includes 2 meals US$80/person/day US$90/person/day with transport |
| Accommodation arrangements will be made only upon the request of teams. Requests must be made before January 26, 2009. A nonrefundable deposit of US$100 per team is required to secure accommodation. This deposit is to be paid by February 6, 2009 | |
| Transportation: | Transportation can be
provided for teams to/from Airport and to/from the
competition venue. Requests for transportation should be made prior to the arrival of the team. |
